Return and Refund Policy

At Blackberg Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at Blackbergindia@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn or unused.
With original tags attached.
In its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For Defective or Wrong Products: If the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, Blackberg will cover the return shipping costs.
For Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Restocking Fees

We believe in transparent pricing. We charge No Restocking Fee on any returns.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
