1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to over 26,000+ pin codes across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or National Holidays.

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (IST) India Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

We offer the following shipping speeds for our customers in India:

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes in India.

• Please ensure you are available to receive the package and pay the exact invoice amount to the delivery partner.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and the name of the courier partner (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, or Ecom Express). You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.

6. Taxes and Duties

All prices listed on our website are excluding of GST. There are no hidden charges or additional taxes to be paid at the time of delivery.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are correct at the time of checkout. Blackberg Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
